My only advice here is if you are not feeling comfortable with the jump, especially the height do not get pressured to jump by your friends and colleagues. The secret to this activity is landing properly. The best way is to do a few lower jumps until you have your technique down pat, then tackle the higher jumps.
The best and most exciting jumps are between narrow cliffs as you get a real feeling of speed or into the ocean where you have to normally time it with the tides and the wave action. This is certainly an outdoor adventure activity that must be ticked off on your bucket list.
