You can choose between our 1-hour farm trail with views over the mountains and forest, our 2-hour wildlife and forest trail, our 3-hour trail on a private nature reserve amidst indigenous forest or our full-day or half-day ‘Cruise The Crags Trail’ where you will be riding on horseback to eco-activities and wine estates in the area.
The Far Ridges Trail is an adventurous ride amidst wildlife and the surrounding forest, with views over the magnificent Tsitsikamma Mountains.
Our Beasts on Steeds Trail is an action-filled day amidst the Tsitsikamma Forest and magnificent Crags, Tsitsikamma Mountains. You will be riding on horseback between fun-filled activities: Monkeyland, Birds of Eden, Tenikwa Cat Sanctuary, Crags Elephant Sanctuary, Africanyon, and Lawnwood Snakes, with lunch at Peppermill Café, Bramon Wine Estate, or Newstead Wine Estate.
Explore beautiful vineyards, Fynbos, and forest whilst tasting local wines and accompanying delectable fare at two wine estates out of a choice of three in this area: Bramon Wine Estate, Redford Lane Wines, and Newstead Wines, with our Crags Wine Trail.
All levels of riders are welcome, and all ages are welcome. A maximum weight of 95kg applies.
Our horses are selected for their good composition and gentle temperaments. We love them and keep them and their tack in tip-top condition.
