Safety is our top priority. Before you start, you’ll be fitted with a harness and helmet, and attached to a continuous overhead rope, ensuring you’re secure at all times. Journeys take approximately 45 minutes and depart from the Valley of Waves in Sun City, North West. No special skills or prior experience are needed—just a sense of adventure! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed shoes (or going barefoot if preferred), and don’t forget your sunscreen. A reasonable level of fitness is sufficient; if you can run up a flight of stairs, you’re ready to tackle the treetops.
