The great Highveld weather and varying geographical features make Pretoria and awesome adventure location. So when you next do a cultural and historical trip to show the kids the Voortrekker Monument and Union Buildings throw in some adventure for the family, just in case they are completely bored and don’t appreciate dads breakdown of the country’s history.
Pretoria has sentimental value for me, as Wonderboom skydiving club is where I did my first Skydive and with the great weather we had plenty of days of great flying and certainly contributed to the birth of the Dirty Boots adventure guide book.
