Your patient guides will make sure you’re kitted out appropriately and devote time to coaching the group before setting out. Though having the time of your life is very high on the agenda, your life is a top priority for our operators and safety comes first. They’ll also entertain you along the way with stories about the turbulent history of the Addo region; the fight for land and power between the Xhosa and the Boers and then similar territorial wars between the Boers and the British. You’ll also gain some fascinating insights into the conservation history of this ecologically important area where Elephants were almost hunted to extinction.
