We specialise in boat based whale watching trips on beautiful Walker Bay offering a uniquely personalised, stylish and safe service to a maximum of 25 clients per outing. Our whale watching trips operate morning and afternoon in whale season (June to December) with additional early morning and sunset trips during peak whale season (August to October). Custom-built for whale watching, our 42ft catamaran ‘Ivanhoe’ was designed with stability, comfort and superb whale visibility as priority.
Our whale watching boat trips take you on a magical 2 hour journey exploring the stunning coastline and waters of Walker Bay. In addition to Southern right whales it is also possible to see Bryde’s and humpback whales as well as dolphins, sharks and coastal marine birds. We also commonly see Cape fur seals, African penguins and sunfish.
Out of whale season, enjoy our Eco Day Trips and Eco Sunset Trips. The Ivanhoe can also be booked as a private charter.
