The highlight of a stand-up paddle surfing tour for most people is observing the penguins that inhabit this area, but whales, Cape fur seals, and dolphins are all regularly encountered.
It doesn’t take long to master the technique of stand-up paddling, especially with expert coaching from your guides. Although you are in the open ocean the granite boulders that are part of the coastal topography, mimicking a giant sea rockery, create tranquil channels and protected areas that are great fun to paddle in.
