The ridge lift on the coastal dunes near the Garden Route town of Wilderness is legendary, and there are a host of other fantastic launch sites like Map of Africa and Kleinkranz. Do a tandem flight over the sea, spotting dolphins as they frolic in the waves and whales just behind the back break.
