Rap jumping is similar to abseiling in that you descend down a vertical cliff face, but whereas abseilers face the cliff, a rap jump is made going forwards, making the decent a lot faster than abseiling.

In the concrete jungle of Gauteng, rap jumpers make their way down buildings, like the Orlando Tower in Soweto, in a seemingly surrealistic defiance of gravity.
