Thaba Morula

The Thaba Morula team invites you to experience the true Bushveld in the heartland of the North West Province. Thaba Morula is 45km North of Brits on the Thabazimbi road (R511). Easy access by means of tar road, only one and a half hours from Johannesburg and Pretoria. The Thaba Morula team awaits you with expert instructors, dedicated educators and nature conservationists.

Thaba Morula offers the following programs which can be tailor made to suit your needs: Adventure camps, Veld schools, Leadership identification and leadership development camps, sports camps, educational tours, Team building camps, family & church camps and conferences and weddings.

We have the following facilities available: Catering and accommodation for up to 400 visitors as well as a 50 stand caravan and camping site, ablution facilities, tuck shop, 2 swimming pools and volleyball court, licensed bar, 4 large halls, 2 luxurious bomas and a “bush” lapa, 2 rugby fields, 14 netball courts, 2 soccer pitches and 2 cricket pitches with nets, and a 500 hectare wildlife reserve with over 15 species of wildlife and over 200 species of bird life.

At Thaba Morula we would like to start our visitors on their eternal voyage of discovery, to discover themselves and their own potential, but also their role in society. Our overall goal therefore is to help every individual to overcome all of his/her fears and to enable him/her to reach for their highest goals in life without the fear and insecurity holding them back.
