Mount Ceder

Come and enjoy the rugged beauty and peaceful surroundings of the Cederberg Mountains on horse-back.  Beginners can enjoy a safe, scenic 1 or 2hr ride in the Mount Ceder valley, with the chance to stop and look at bushman paintings; more experienced riders can choose a 4 to 5hr trail down a spectacular valley, with the option of a refreshing swim and a visit to bushman paintings seen by few other people – and if you are lucky, a glimpse of the local wildlife!

Explore a secluded, beautiful valley, visit an old farmhouse ruin, walk up to the waterfall and if the weather allows, swim in the river. Includes snacks and drinks.
