Start your day with a surge of adrenalin and abseil from the top of Table Mountain, at 1 000 m above sea level. Begin a controlled descent of 112 m and enjoy the breathtaking views of Cape Town’s beautiful beaches. No experience necessary, just a bit of insanity. It operates daily.

Kamikaze Kanyon - Join us for a day of adrenaline-filled adventure activities in this pristine canyon. The day begins with breakfast, followed by a hike into the gorge. We instruct you in the art of kloofing. Jumps begin at 3 m for the cautious, to 24 m for the more adventurous. Experience a cascading waterfall abseil of 65 m.
