South African Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association (SAHPA)
South African Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association aims to promote, protect and administer free flying in South Africa. SAHPA ensures self-regulation and provides a safety-oriented licensing system, which allows for minimum standards of competency. SAHPA is the only entity that can issue hang gliding, paragliding or powered paragliding licences which are internationally recognised and accepted through Aero Club and FAI affiliation.
