Pony Trekking

Lesotho’s most popular outdoor activity for tourists to the country is Pony Trekking. Locals have used these pones(small sturdy Horses) to transport goods and people for decades now. They are surefooted on the small mountain foot paths and can reach the remote mountain villages of Lesotho. No visit to the mountain kingdom of Africa is complete with out doing a multi day Lesotho pony trekking trip. This is a must do activity in the Dirty Boots guide for all our outdoor enthusiasts.
