Cliff jumping or cliff diving for the professionals is not normally available as an commercial adventure but a few operators around South Africa are starting to include it in their product range.
My only advise here is if you are not feeling comfortable with the jump especially the height do not get pressured to jump by your friends and colleagues. The secret to this activity is landing properly. The best way is to do a few lower jumps until you have your technique down pat, then tackle the higher jumps.
Cliff jumps are normally included in kloofing as we know it in South Africa and for our visitors, Canyoning. A good kloofing trip will be designed to work its way up from easy jumps to more technical ones at the end of the day.
The best and most exciting jumps are between narrow cliffs as you get a real feeling of speed or into the ocean where you have to normally time it with the tides and the wave action. This is certainly an outdoor adventure activity that must be ticked off on your bucket list.
